Don’t Park here !!!! I am left speechless because they say 15$ max and i got charge 50$ because they close 6 pm evening i went to city in train and got back around 10 pm it was closed and i took uber my car was locked today morning i go and got charged 50$ seriously this is robbery!!!

This car park is ridiculous! In what universe does after-hours access justify a call-out fee? Parking is only $15 per day, but I was charged a call out fee simply because I returned to the car park after 6pm. The landlord seriously needs a new operator.

I prepaid for an entry from the Secure Parking APP, but unfortunately I was charged twice. I reached out to customer service multiple times (four attempts) and never received a response. This was very disappointing. For anyone planning to park here, please double-check your charges to avoid the same issue.

Inadequate communication, no signs regarding working hours. Car park closes 6pm in the center of CBD. My car got my car stuck for overnight. No helpful communication with customer service. BESIDES THAT I got stuck due to issues with the gate. QR code reader was not working and the whole line of cars got stuck for at least 40 minutes. Bad experience. I park there everyday day and now I’ll park across the street in a different car park

I use this parking on a regular basis as it is the closest to the train station, however, i am very unhappy/ disappointed with their service. They recently increased their price which is acceptable however, their service is extremely poor. Entry to the park is fine and so is finding a good /safe spot. The problems i have with them are : - Upon return to my suburb and attempting to pick up my car, their tickets never work and i am unable to get access into the car park to collect my car, have to press their buzzer and get no answer after which i make a call to the number written. - I have to wait for a long time on the phone until someone answers and whenever they do answer, they are extremely rude and ignorant, they aren't even sure what you are talking about. they normally instruct me to walk up to the exit so they can open the gate for me to get in and when i do this i have to once again wait out in the rain or darkness until someone answers and i am able to get in :( - Now, once i have access to the parking, their ticketing machine seems to have a problem on a daily basis. Once you put your ticket in, it throws it out saying it cannot read it or sometimes when you put your
