It is not a good system. Cars are constantly stuck entering or exiting the car park sometimes blocking both lanes. The voucher system is confusing to everyone all the time. The vouchers have a QR code but it never scans.

Terrible customer service. Generally the car park is fine and the prices are good for weekend parking, but twice now I have arrived mid-morning after booking a parking spot online to find the entrance closed for fire-testing or some similar reason. This was not displayed on the app and the app still allowed you to book a spot. I have to then go park somewhere else and pay 4-5x as much. Tried to give them an opportunity to resolve my complaint. Rung customer service and first time got told they could 'cancel' my reservation with a cancellation fee, then second time offered a refund, but received no compensation for the other parking I had to pay for. You need to have better communication between the buildings and the company so I can see when the carpark is closed and make other arrangements ahead of time. Not good enough.

Parked her to go to dinner. No signage at the entrance about hours. I pulled in at about 5.45pm. Upon returning, the building was barricaded up and closed. It said it was shut from 6pm to 6am. Sat on hold with an overseas call centre for over an hour with then initially saying they would charge me to release my car, then they said they couldn't release it and I should just go home, but they wouldn't change me the $8. I live 3 hours away... All my bags and gear were locked in the car. So I then had to get an uber to a hotel for the night. The on site manager said the same thing had happened a few weeks earlier, and that Secure had been notified 3 months prior of this shutdown. I asked for a manager to call me to resolve this and if they could send me an email confirming the issue and conversation. Nothing. In the morning they wanted to charge me an overnight fee. Still waiting on a manager to call in regards to compensating me. Woeful.

Couldn't find a carpark nearby so I decided to go in and use the carpark after 5:30. Upon returning 5 minutes after 7pm, everything was closed and locked down. I called their service number and was advised the carpark closes at 7pm (although no sign saying that). I was then told that if I want to get my car, I would need to pay $125 call out fee so someone can come and open the gates. I needed my car so I then agreed. Soon to be told, that they could actually open the gates remotely, but I still have to pay the call out fee!!! A call out fee to open the gate remotely!? What scam are you playing!?..so I had to pay $125 call out fee to open the gate and let me in to get my car, and still pay +$40 for under two hours parking!
