Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! We had an absolutely fantastic experience with SolarBright from beginning to end. The level of service, communication and professionalism throughout the entire process was outstanding. A special mention has to go to Joe, who genuinely went above and beyond from our very first consultation. Rather than simply providing a quote, Joe personally visited our home and spent quality time with us going through our electricity bill, understanding our household's energy usage and clearly explaining the potential savings we could achieve with solar and battery storage. What impressed us most was Joe's attention to detail and commitment to customer service. He carefully assessed our property and discussed the positioning of the solar panels to ensure we could maximise exposure to the sun and get the best possible energy production from our system. I had finally decided to bite the bullet and put in a Battery to complement my solar system. I had rung a few places to get some quotes and had spoken to a few installers, sent them pictures of my meter box and where I had wanted the battery to go, but no one followed up. So decided to call into Solar Bright at Prestons. Walked in armed with photos and bills and my daily usage and my solar production. Was greeted by the secretary, who then got Michael Rangi, who was a consultant. I spoke to michael explaining what I would like and organised for him to come to my home so he could see my meter board and work out a position for the battery. Michael turned up on time, and we walked around the house and found the ideal position for the battery, . Michael then left and said he would have a quote within a day or 2. The quote arrived within the time frame and was good, and I signed up for a battery to be installed. The day of installation was given to me, and all was booked in. Unfortunatly i had to change the date of installation due to a death in the family overseas. I contacted Michael and asked for a change of the installation date, and it was changed to when I got back. I highly

I am extremely satisfied with my recent (May2026) installation of a Tesla Powerwall3 battery system – it was an amazing experience I had with SolarBright Team! Mike from Sales was instrumental in getting the deal done and has been in constant communique with me throughout the whole process! The best Sales guy, so dedicated and professional! Hope you will get him! (fingers crossed :)) Overall, it was one of the best purchases/installations of a complex system I’ve ever had! The installers: John, Jack and Leo were simply mind blowing! Such Pros! I have no words to describe my appraisal and immense satisfaction I got from the delivered product. The installers are very knowledgeable, experienced, scrupulous, innovative, clean and so well organised. I was a joy watching the installation progressing. Nothing was rushed, all was well planned and executed, there was ample time to show and explain everything with a new system (I’ve heard people had issues with the other installers rushing through and having no even time to properly show the system settings etc). Thanks to Daniel from Solar Bright, the process of obtaining our new Tesla solar batteries & expansion packs has been amazing! Once again, he gave my husband and I the right advice & his customer service was excellent. Also, our installer James was great to deal with & his workmanship was excellent.
