I got my solar installed from this company when there was good staff, now I feel the staff has changed and since my battery has been installed, its been over a year I cant get my recall inverter replaced. They are making excuses every week. I refered this company to my Friend, and Mark was not helpful. Admin is getting bad.

Had a Fox ESS 42kwh battery installed in February 2026. Very happy with the new battery. No problems so far (approx 1 month). Impressed with Ultimate Solar Solutions Prestons staff. Professional and friendly throughout. Mark who came out to measure and quote and answer questions. Justin and Eddie who were our install team on the day. They persevered a long humid day plus a bit of rain delay. Cleaned up everything before they left.

We had a great experience. Very honest and practical advice didn’t ever felt I was being sold to - rather helped me weigh up some of the different decisions you can make when installing solar. Installation day went well and the team very respectful. Would recommend - nothing constructive to say!!

We had a great experience with Danny! Being new home builders we didn’t know much about the solar systems costs and inverter options. Luckily we dealt with a very knowledgeable team at Ultimate Solar who patiently walked us through the options. Danny was very professional, informative and reasonable. He replied to calls and messages quickly, and made sure his contribution to our build process would be seamless. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
