Not happy! Purchased a product that was faulty, multiple phone class back and forward, texts emails, to have this resolved, all I get is meaningless words like it's all sorted, but no action or resolution. Then started to receive harassing messages after I requested to not be contacted further on the matter and wanted to wait for the issue to be resolved and to NOT to have to call the business back or receive multiple texts and emails saying it's all sorted when nothing has been done!

Been shopping for a new mic and some other gear for voice work, got tired of zero responses from other shops online, constant back order options and not stock. Found these guys, phoned, had Dylan on the line within two minutes, confirmed all the items I wanted were in stock, had a chat about the kit, confirmed my thinking was on track and the mic would fit my needs. Order placed, invoice and confirmation received within an hour. Order shipped next morning. Just waiting on Auspost now. Don't listen to the whiner reviews, Dylan did a stellar job and got it done fast and professionally. Will be coming back here again for my next upgrade. Don't forget to check out Dylan's band Above Below as well, damn they are good.

Aims to Please Cosy, well-stocked store, staff with great product knowledge, perfect customer service attitude, reasonable pricing..what's not to love. I've bought an electric guitar and a few accessories from them, the latest being a Mic stand. Handy chaps to have on the block.

Made an order from them for a product that was out of stock (no stock indication on their site as of now), got an email within 4 business hours saying it was out of stock and offering a list of ways forward. I opted for a refund. Professional and prompt, that deserves a good review in my books.
