Highly disappointing customer experience with this retailer. I found a product online on their website that was discounted 30% but as it’s a gift and the shipping time was unknown, I decided to come down to purchase it in person. I didn’t want to waste my time driving all the way to Chatswood if there was a chance the inventory was out so I tried calling 4 different times after 130pm to ensure it wasn’t during peak lunch hours etc (although it’s a Weds arvo). Sadly the shop phone rang out each time. I double checked their website and Google Maps and called again and every time no one picked up. I then showed up around 3pm and to my surprise, the shop was completely empty with about 10 staff and maybe 5-6 customers across the whole store. I found the product and took it to the register but then was told this was a different item as it came in a box. I then showed them the online product code was the same as the one on the top of the box and there was no price sticker just a product sticker. They then said there were other boxes with price stickers that showed a different code or blk blk blk even though the product sticker said blk blk on it and same number as the website. I

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loving the new Sports Direct store at Chatswood Chase! It’s a fantastic addition to the area and really raises the bar compared to other nearby options. The store is bright, well laid out, and has an outstanding range of products across all sports – everything is easy to find and beautifully organised. What really sets it apart, though, is the customer service. Both times I’ve visited, the team has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely engaged. A special thank you to Sid, who helped fit all three of my children with new football boots on our first visit – his expertise, patience and attention to detail made the whole experience seamless (and stress-free!). It’s such a refreshing change to have a store where staff are proactive and truly care about getting the right fit and product. Highly recommend making this your go-to sports store in Chatswood – we’ll definitely be back!

Good prices and varieties of items for different types of sports . All friendly & helpful staff. I found some sale items for top $8, pants $15 , legging $15, hoodie tor $20 , jacket $40 and shoes for as cheap as $30!

Samrad in the shoe section was incredibly helpful. I came in looking for running shoes with very specific requirements and a shortlist of models I was considering. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and gave me really thoughtful advice on the different options and what would suit me best. In the end, I identified a pair he recommended that wasn’t even on my original list, and it turned out to be a much better choice for me. Highly recommend his help.
