Parramatta staffs are rude in general bc they think they're better than everyone else bc they work in the area relax some still lived with their parents or in the worst areas no need to be stuck up

Tellers are helpful and polite every time with record times to assist me with all of my banking needs and I am never left feeling ignored or unhappy with my enquiries as I love to see the staff at their best work helping me to be satisfied and willing to take my business into the Parramatta St George bank Westfield shopping centre branch with no hesitation or uncertainty about the quality of service available for my own personal care and what I love is the positively and pleasantness of my time as a customer leaving me to rate 5 stars for expertise in all aspects related to each of my accounts and transactions. The number of transactions that I have reported as fraudulent of my account has been due to digital and online service's and NOTHING WILL FEEL MORE RIGHT IN my life than I am safer for money to ve handled by the banks Teller's my money is in good hands 🙌 I will not be going back to the digital world again or even change my branch location for this situation. Thanks again for your help and ongoing support and my review of your Westfield branch is available as a result of my appreciation for the staff in particular and NOTHING beats the good old fashioned service from your ban

Fantastic service to Kristin Wu and Sarah Vu!! They always provide customer service with a smile and will go extra mile to explain to you and patiently. They are assets to the company. Shreer is dreadful!! I came in 4occasions and I always smile to her and greet her how are you and thank her so sad never once she acknowledged me. This even happened to my 2friends. Sheerer you are suppose to be icon St George customer service at the front it so sad you are chasing your customers away.. Ive been with customer service for 38years with 6days work. You are paid to do your job and everyone is replaceable!!!!!
