Eating out in Australia ranges from beachside takeaways to hatted dining rooms, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the reviews are rather than on decor. Tipping is appreciated but never expected.

This has to be the worst fish shop ever. The smell that comes from here is ridiculous. The stench can be smelt from several shops away. I know its a fish shop but no other fish shop smells like this. Do something about it.

"I bought this NZ salmon from my local IGA for my son, and he absolutely loved it! The quality was fantastic, and it cooked up beautifully. Itβs definitely become a favorite in our household. I'll definitely be buying it again. Highly recommend if you're looking for fresh and tasty salmon!"

This was possibly the worst take away fish & chips I have ever eaten. Correction, bought - not eaten, because it was inedible. We ordered 600g of battered flathead (so not cheap). It consisted of 90% over-fried batter and the skerricks of fish we could find were so dry they were inedible. To top it off the chips were equally over-fried and dry, probably cooked a few times I suspect as it was just before closing. Never going back again!

The flavours and marinates are great and chips cooked well. The battered oysters were perfect however the grilled fish seemed overcooked.

Great range of fish freshly cooked. Price of fish is high compared with the first market. Very nicely cooked and fresh
