For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, is it busy at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. Australian cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon, while restaurants and pubs run lunch and dinner services with a quiet spell in between, so an off-peak visit is worth a quick call. Card and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere; some venues add a surcharge on weekends and public holidays.
Opening hours are published for 1 day a week. Typical hours are 10:30 amβ7:30 pm. Hours in Australia do change around public holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is 0452 616 432. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a mobile. Its website is uncutseafood.com.au, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 220 reviews, which is a strong result for a seafood restaurant in Bondi and suggests consistent service.
Bondi is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Australian addresses list the street number, suburb, state abbreviation and postcode, and Bondi follows the same pattern; a number like 2/411 means unit 2 at number 411. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

β β β β β What a fantastic find! We visited Uncut Seafood Delicatessen at 135 Bondi Road and it has easily been the best meal weβve had in Sydney since arriving on Sunday. We ordered the Trio sashimi and the grilled snapper, and both were absolutely outstanding. The sashimi was exceptionally fresh, beautifully presented, and lightly dressed with olive oil, capers, and finely diced onion, allowing the quality of the seafood to shine. The grilled snapper was cooked to perfection with crispy skin, moist and flaky flesh, and was served with charred broccolini, warm pita bread, and creamy taramasalataβa delicious combination. The restaurant has a relaxed, casual atmosphere where you order at the counter, but the food is truly restaurant quality. Every dish was fresh, flavourful, and expertly prepared. If youβre looking for exceptional seafood in Sydney, donβt miss this place. We will definitely be back the next time weβre in Bondi. Highly recommended!

Stopped in for lunch and was really impressed. We had the Billyβs Special, grilled snapper, oysters and sashimi, and everything was incredibly fresh and cooked really well. The seafood quality was excellent, portions were generous, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place has a relaxed vibe and the service was quick. The only minor thing I'd mention is that the metal folding chairs are a little uncomfortable, but it definitely didnβt take away from the overall experience. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area. Highly recommend if you're after fresh, quality seafood.

Amazing fresh seafood as well as a great spot for a casual lunch or dinner. Small selection but everything is done so well. Freshly shucked oysters, sashimi, peeled prawns, char grilled fish ( love the barramundi) with Taramasolata , pita bread and broccolini . The three siblings who run this place know what they are doing! Lucky to have this place as our local .

Coming back to Sydney after having been away for most of my life was incredible β a chance to revisit my past and rediscover the city all over again. A dear friend suggested I try a seafood place on Bondi Road. I was skeptical. I spent years as Executive Chef at one of the top seafood restaurants in Washington, DC β arguably one of the best in the country. Picky about my fish doesn't even come close. I honestly rarely order it when I'm out, and cooking it at home where I live now isn't really an option β the quality just isn't there. I knew the moment I walked into Uncut Seafood Delicatessen that this was different. A simple, straightforward menu with just what you need to let the fish be the star. No fuss, no hiding behind sauces or technique β just pristine product, handled with respect. I had the oysters, sashimi, barramundi, and snapper. All done perfectly. I went back several times and brought family and friends along more than once β that's the highest compliment I can give a restaurant. Uncut is a destination all by itself. I can't wait to return on my next trip to Sydney.

Had an amazing meal at Uncut Delicatessen! I got the grilled salmon, broccolini with pita bread and potato salad with taramasalata β everything was super fresh and full of flavour. The kingfish was Mediterranean dress was an absolute standout, so light and tasty! The place looks beautiful inside, just great vibes and delicious food. Already planning my next visit! ππ
