I cannot even begin to describe how fantastic of a jeweller and guy Simon is. When I first met Simon, I had a rough budget and broad idea in mind for an engagement ring. Simon helped me understand the dynamics of clarity, cut, colour etc and never tried to upsell something he knew wasn’t right. Moreover, once he’d helped me choose and source the diamond, he designed a stunning ring and even got my partner’s size bang on from pictures and rough measurements I gave. Can’t recommend Simon highly enough if you’re looking for someone to help on this journey!

staff is friendly but service wasn't great. Had link removed from bracelet and the link was not soldered, when pointed it out told me it came that way and wanted to charge additional fee. charging 300/hr

There is a reason Simon is our family jeweller. No matter how unconventional or complex the design he's always gone above and beyond to surpass our expectations and make beautiful pieces for us. Whether turning a drawing into jewellery or combining elements from various pieces for an engagement ring he takes the time to realise your vision. Choosing the metal or picking out stones is done with complete transparency and he's always willing to find something in the exact colour you want. When adjustments needed to be made they were done without any issue at all. So far he's made at 8 rings, a necklace, 2 pairs of earrings and a bracelet for my family and we couldn't be happier with his work.

I've used Tremlett Jewellers a lot and Simon's honesty, work and price are above reproach. The ladies that work with him in his shop are lovely and very helpful as well. I've known the Tremlett family for over 45 years and they are all great.

I recommend against trying this jeweller if you are a new client. Despite spending time with Simon designing a jewellery remodel, it was not started within 10 weeks. There was no communication until I phoned up to enquire about progress. I had to take everything back and give it to another jeweller who did the work within 2 weeks at slightly less cost for workmanship

I have found Tremlett jewellery to be the perfect jeweller for both small and large jobs. Simon the owner is a gem - he is completely honest and trustworthy and always gives the right advice for you. Plus he had a great eye for design and only provides top quality work. I highly recommend this place!!!

Awful experience. Took almost 2 months to make wedding ring; was such a poor job that had to send ring back to reset all diamonds (were uneven). Unhelpful staff. Am still chasing the jeweler to provide me with the valuation on the job. I am so desperate, such a bad luck with this jeweler !
