The ladies in the store were very nice but I cannot recommend for a few reasons. Their return policy is confusing and not upfront: refunds are allowed if items are purchased online but no refunds if they are purchased in store. I wish they had a sign that made that more obvious as it felt a bit misleading. I also looked up the item I purchased and it was considerably higher than at another other store. Overall, disappointed with the return policy and lack of disclosure.

The customer service at this brand is above and beyond, ordered a pair of pants that unfortunately didn’t fit so got an exchange for a smaller size to then realise than the bigger size was actually better and the girls were more than happy to help! Couldn’t recommend them any more and will definitely be shopping here again. Thankyou so much for all your help x

Ordered a dress for my birthday, didn’t suit. Had a an issue with the return but when I spoke to the team on their socials they were more than helpful and went above and beyond. Great little shop in the heart of Bondi! Love to see these stand alone shops looking after their customers 😍

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! They went into administration and still were taking orders. They lied to me about getting my jewellery hand made in USA and it was all a big SCAM. They simply took my money. That is modern robbery!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! And you can check they have their instagram comments disabled.

Sells stock they do not have. I cannot recommend this site or its customer service.I purchased sale items on the commencement of their sale and next day also ordered pants matching the jacket. The pants arrived as ordered no sign of the original order so i sent an email asking for status. Waited for response as the customer service 1300 number never answers . No surprise -the response was that they (several days after the sale commenced) -did not have two of the items. Frankly I would have been more impressed to receive a notification of an issue rather than need to chase up in the circumstances and await a refund.
