Couldn’t be more happier with the service and craftsmanship that Underwood Jewellers presented. I’ve got my husband’s gold chain repaired there and it looks amazing! He is so happy to have it back and it looks brand new. The owner is very passionate about jewellery and ladies working there are very kind and professional. Everything was clearly explained before the service and I felt that my jewellery is safe in their hands.

The customer service was amazing, they (in detail) explained how they would fix my necklace and how much it would cost. I want to say thankyou for your amazing service as this necklace belonged to my late mother and it is a very important piece. Chris and Susanne did an amazing job at restoring and resizing my grandmother’s 60-year-old wedding ring. Everything about the experience was fantastic. Susanne sat me down, got my finger measurements, explained the process of what would happen and gave me her honest opinion on the price of restoration. Chris did an amazing job in restoring the ring itself, it looks like a new ring with all the engravings still intact. Thank you so much Underwood Jewellers, I’ll be recommending you for a long time.
