Had very unpleasant experience with Dr Manoj Singh. This is follow up consultation and he just attended only follow up matter. I asked him for other things and he said he can’t answer it. This is first time ever I experienced it that Dr denied to answer patients questions saying I can’t answer 25 questions in one visit, after follow up matter this is the 2nd question I asked and he denied to answer. The consultation had not reached the standard 15-minute limit, and there did not appear to be any other patients waiting at the time. As a patient, I understand that doctors have time constraints, but I expected respectful communication and appropriate guidance, especially during a follow-up appointment. If there was not enough time, the doctor could have explained this properly and offered another or longer appointment rather than simply refusing to answer. Unfortunately, I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and disappointed with the experience.

long-time patient of this medical centre, the only good thing about it is the blood collectors and the temporary student doctors, who ironically care more about patients than the actual gps. Dr A. Debnath continuously answers random phone calls and goes on video calls while speaking a different language IN THE MIDDLE OF CONSULTS!!!! this is obviously against many regulations and it it a wonder how she is still able to practice. it is blatantly disrespectful and breaches doctor-patient confidentiality to "pause" our consult to video call and ignore me sitting there while I wait for you to finish. a young family member had to go through several unecessary appointments because a junior nurse, with no supervision, asked the mother to perform her own baby's health and developmental check. once the mother realised that was not the usual course of action, she made a comment to the doctors and they blamed her instead, saying it didn't happen or she was at fault for agreeing. I visited Dr M. Singh first thing in the morning with the sole purpose of obtaining a script refill and getting a form signed for the same ailment, and he said i'm giving him too much to do... after he arrived over hal

My husband had an appointment this afternoon and Walter’s Rd Medical Centre was open even though there was a blackout. Dr Manoj Singh and the Nurse, Sandi, were working with portable lights. They were able to do their usual excellent work under trying circumstances. Good on them.

I attended this medical centre today for an iron infusion. During the procedure, the doctor attempted to insert the needle multiple times and said they were unable to locate a vein. I was left bleeding from several insertion sites. I felt uncomfortable continuing and asked them to stop. I left without receiving the infusion and will seek care elsewhere. This was a distressing experience for me. Do not recommend to do iron infusion here. Specially when it's your 1st time.
