The best Pilates studio ever! Jihyun Kim is a miracle instructor. In just two months of 1-on-1 training, she fixed my knee alignment and helped me get rid of the back and shoulder pain I had from sitting at my desk all day. My posture has never been better. 10/10! And I will another 10 class with her 🩷🔥

Had class with Miss Jihyun, who I very patient and nice, gave warm particular instructions when needed. I tried different posture I’ve never tried before, equipment like carriage, wet wipes, washing sink, water fountain are very clean. The whole building is on construction so might be a bit noisy during class.

Absolutely love this studio. It’s always clean and well looked after, and the instructors are amazing at what they do. They’re also very understanding if I ever need to miss a class, which I really appreciate. Special shout out to Becky for always being so friendly and helpful. Everyone here is so welcoming and it honestly has such a good vibe. Highly recommend.

The Wellness Fitness Chatswood is clean and modern. I was impressed that they checked my body’s alignment and balance before starting the class. My first session was with Gina Kim, who was very professional and passionate. Her explanations were very detailed and easy to understand. I highly recommend it.
