Hot yoga = a total game changer for allergies! 🧘‍♀️🔥 I used to struggle with constant shortness of breath from dust mite allergies, but now those symptoms are practically gone. I never thought sweating it out would help me breathe this clearly. If you have bad allergies, this is your sign to try a hot class!

I have joined Yoga Hotspot for 2 weeks with an introductory pass in July. Dave and other instructors are very professional and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my class with Yoga Hotspot.

I’ve been attending this yoga studio for 8 years now!! It continues to be an absolute sanctuary. Dave, Val and all the instructors genuinely care about each individual. It feels like home and a family. The various sessions and classes leave me feeling stronger, calmer, and more balanced. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice or just find some stillness in your day, this studio is truly a gem. I’ve practiced yoga in other countries, but nothing beats what I learnt at yoga hotspot! It’s precious ❤️❤️

Dave and Val’s classes and the energy of their studio have been incredibly meaningful to me. While I have visited other studios and met many instructors, nothing compares to the unique energy they bring. Their studio isn’t just a place to work out—it feels like home, offering balance for the mind, body, and soul. I first joined way before COVID-19, and although I took a break due to travel, returning felt like coming back to my space. Their classes have helped me evolve, slow down, and support my running by keeping injuries at bay. Each session offers a moment of clarity and presence that I deeply value, especially while managing a high-pressure job that requires creative thinking. Whenever my mind feels cluttered, I head straight to the studio. After just 60 minutes, it’s like my thoughts are reset, and ideas start flowing again. What makes this studio even more special is the warmth and welcome Dave and Val extend to everyone. Their positive energy is contagious and makes every session something to look forward to. Thank you, Dave and Val, for creating a space that feels like a second home. I am truly grateful to be part of this wonderful community.

I‘ve been practicing yoga here for a few years and after each class I feel so great mentally and physically. They have heated classes which is so nice especially in the colder months. The teachers are all fantastic , knowledgeable and welcoming. David is so great, really. I like how he always offer ways/options to go deeper and to improve my practice. Highly recommended this yoga studio!
