Extremely rude customer service, the lady who serviced me yesterday was asking all these personal question (account number etc) very loud and in a very rude manner, feels like she want me to piss off asap and have no interest in serving me. Good luck with such a rude customer service attitude and what’s reflected in google review of less than 3 star tells everything.

I recently visited the Westpac branch at 44 Market Street, Sydney, to resolve an issue with my blocked card. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations, and the process took around 40 minutes to complete. I found the interaction at the service desk challenging. It seemed as though my request was not fully understood at first, and I had to clarify it several times to ensure the issue was addressed correctly. While I appreciate the staff’s efforts, it felt as though resolving my concern was not approached with the attentiveness and care expected in such situations. I would kindly suggest that employees receive additional training in customer service to improve communication and understanding of customer needs. This would go a long way in creating a more efficient and supportive experience for visitors. Thank you for considering this feedback—I hope it helps enhance the service quality at this branch

I've had top Customer Service at this Westpac and it's one of my favourites. Even during Peak Hour, they get to you quickly and quite often the person at the front solves my problem for me. The ATMs are good, has all the fast deposit technology and I've never seen a broken / shut down machine there. Also feel very safe and secure there too, even at night time. Good branch!
