The customer service in this branch is absolutely disgusting . I’ve been in twice in a month. First time I wanted to deposit my daughter’s cash into her account. I was told to go to St George as they didn’t want to weigh the coins. And they don’t have a coin atm. I was happy to sort them into bags and everything. 2 hours later I finally got to deposit the coins after debating why I should be able to use my own bank to deposit money. Second time I wanted to check a transaction after my card had supposedly declined at a coffee shop. After waiting in line for over 1.5 hrs I was asked whether I wanted to deposit or withdraw money multiple times to which I said I didn’t want to I needed to check why I had 6 transactions for a coffee. He proceeded to tell me my card must have expired and to order a new one even though it doesn’t expire for another 6 months , I had used it successfully 5mins prior , there was sufficient money in the account and still couldn’t answer or check a basic thing . He then sent me back to the information desk to order a new card. The lady there proceeded to check the expiry and said it was still valid and that there shouldn’t be any problems .
