booked via the apps but once getting in, no car space available and a lot of reserved spot. This is a big drama as rushing to work in the morning, cannot stand for that any longer and get to other parking. needed to call to report and begged for refund which is time wasting!! saw some reviews that happened long time ago and no improvement even allowing over book via apps

Great Location, Clean Parking — But Accessibility Needs Improvement The location was great for what I needed, and the car park itself was clean with good-sized parking spaces. However, the main issue is the accessibility. You can take the lift out of the car park, but you can’t access it on the way back down to your car. If you’re with someone who can’t use stairs or walk long distances, this becomes a real problem. You’d need to organise a pickup on the street, which is stressful when trying to avoid getting booked. Overall, convenient parking but definitely needs better accessible entry options.

They close at 7pm, despite allowing you to book and Park at any hour within the 24 hour period. The first time a person let me in. The second time a person opened the gate to let me in, but I got stuck in the lift, ended up back on ground floor and outside as I tried to reach the person again, it was mumbled crackled and no one answered. I tried again no answer. There's 24 hour parking right behind this place for $2 less per day and I have never had an issue. So I'm now on the train and I'll pick up my car tomorrow on Saturday if they're open. Else I'll have to wait until Monday. This is a complete joke.

I booked a spot for full day but when I got there, there was no space, security told me to park in another Wilson Parking, I said but I needed to be on this spot that's why I booked, then he let me out, I had to park on the street, how inconvenient. I have also enquired for monthly parking and they have taken more than 4 days to respond to my request, is this Service Mr Wilson Parking? Please don't treat your customers in this way.

Do not get a monthly parking spot here as their inept machine and/or carpark manager freely lets as many cars come in, so that the parking bay that *you already paid for* is taken by somebody else. They do however, have all these 'reserved' signs that nobody parks in - if you take it you get told by the carpark manager that you've parked illegally. What is illegal is that you take my money for a service that *you then DO NOT provide*.
