This store is incredibly convenient, especially being located right next to the station. I had a great experience during my visit and was assisted by Alana, who provided excellent customer service. Despite the store being quite busy during the after-work rush (around 4 PM), she remained motivated, efficient, and attentive. Alana quickly helped me find exactly what I was looking for and maintained a friendly and reliable attitude throughout. It’s clear the team works hard to keep up with busy periods while still delivering great service. The store was also clean and well-maintained. Overall, a very positive experience — 9/10!

Report a concern regarding customer access at this store. On multiple occasions, the entry gates have been closed and customers have been denied access before the advertised trading hours had ended. Security personnel restricted entry despite the store being represented as open to the public during those times. This matter was raised with the store manager; however, no corrective action was taken, and the actions of the security personnel were justified. This raises concerns about whether customers are being provided with accurate information regarding the store's operating hours. I request that this matter be independently investigated, including a review of gate-closing practices and customer access during advertised trading hours, to determine whether the business is operating consistently with the representations made to consumers.

First time redeeming my free hot coffee from Metro, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience! A big thanks to ZOYA for her professional and knowledgeable service. She kindly let me know that I could choose my coffee, size, and milk at no extra cost. I also appreciated how open she was to feedback, mentioning that she hopes they’ll offer iced coffee and oat milk in the future. And of course, not forgetting the amazing mocha she made!

Poor and bad service! Their price is pricy, I bought something and found other store has way lower price so went requesting a refund, the girl who works there told me she can’t refund it, based on their policy, I asked her to show me which exactly policy is it saying that she can’t refund, she told me to google it. I googled it in front of her face and found that their policy said they can refund, what a joke! The girl had to refund for me, what a slap on her face.

I bought a loaf of bread yesterday for $4.95 and didn’t think to check the expiration date at the time. When I got home and was about to make sandwiches, I noticed it had already expired, not on the 7th or 8th, but on the 3rd of April. Really disappointing to see expired products still on the shelf. Definitely be careful when shopping here and make sure to check expiration dates before purchasing.
