Very disappointing experience with Workers Doctors Parramatta. Over multiple appointments, I experienced serious communication issues and poor treatment from staff. I had telehealth appointments where I stayed available during the entire scheduled timeframe but received no calls, only to later be marked as having “missed” the appointments. When I tried to clarify the issue and ask which number the doctor was supposedly calling from, my questions were ignored, calls were unanswered or declined, and no proper explanation was provided. On 12 May 2026, I had a WhatsApp video consultation with Dr Renu and was told I was fine and would receive my clearance certificate/COC soon. Despite repeated follow-ups afterwards, I still did not receive it for a long time, even though my insurance company was continuously asking for it. Every time I contacted the clinic, I was simply told it would be “chased up,” with no proper communication or urgency shown. The attitude of some staff members was also very disappointing and came across as dismissive and rude when I tried to explain my concerns. Instead of listening properly, I often felt interrupted or brushed aside. Patients dealing with workpl

If you are looking for a doctor to hold your hand and tell you everything is ok. This is not the place for you. If you are looking for a doctor will ensure you don’t get taken advantage of by an insurance company or your employer. This is the place for you. Yes bed side manner leaves more to be desired. But, these people are experts in their field and deal with the worst of the worst humans everyday (insurance companies) so I don’t blame them. Honestly, this is the place to go for any insurance related injury.

Awful experience with Workers Doctors, went to them as advised by my then lawyer (obv not with anymore). First getting through to them was terrible, would suggest you use email if need be. I felt it was a waste of 6 months healing that I desperately needed after suicidal thoughts caused by work after being flogged and physically injuring myself. Initial assessment felt like a meat market, once in the practice you are sent from room to room for professionals to analyse you (the only positive was Robbie, a Psych) then once you are diagnosed, medical certificates are given. You then see them on monthly WhatsApp call (which lasts for 5-10 minutes .. however you are given a 3 hour time slot), no care, no attention in getting better, its just a roll over of the current certificate (Dr Lim said for a psych injury capacity was needed in order to get it approved by the insurer - where as my regular GP said no capacity as I was that unwell) . Finally after 6 months of being diagnosed by my regular GP and Rheumatologist with Fybromyalgia I was told by Dr Lim having this would "kill my case" and "its genetic" and "get rid of it".. which is a load of bulldust, several consultants have said it

Julián has been incredibly supportive with every request and explanation I’ve needed. He doesn’t just do his job—he goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled with care and professionalism. I’m truly grateful to feel respected, understood, and supported by their staff. The doctors, too, consistently demonstrate professionalism and dedication, always striving to do their best for their patients and their claims.

Its nearly 1 year since my potentially fatal accident (my car is to thank for not being broken to bits) and I don’t know how I would have managed without Workers Doctors, Dr Lim & Dr Robina. They are knowledgeable, efficient and just make it all happen! Debbie is so understanding and makes it all just happen! Thank you! I will be 100% recommending you!
