We were helped instantly by the team at YEHS. There was complimentary coffee when we arrived from the airport and they helped us check in quickly and with no issues. The manager Hanny and Rich were very accommodating and welcoming, especially when coordinating my big family. They also gave us complimentary wine for my partner's birthday. The room itself was nice and clean, and very spacious. Will definitely stay in the hotel again when we come back

I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. During a previous stay, I accidentally left my AirPods behind. I was initially told that lost items could only be stored for 30 days, but due to my schedule I wasn’t able to return for almost three months. To my surprise, the staff had kept my AirPods safe the entire time and returned them to me when I came back. I really appreciate the honesty, kindness, and extra effort they showed. A big thank you to the team for going above and beyond. Excellent customer service and truly trustworthy staff. Highly recommended!

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall facilities were excellent. The location was also convenient, making it easy to travel around the city and enjoy nearby attractions. What made the experience even better was the outstanding service from Mark May. He was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. His warm attitude and genuine hospitality made me feel very welcomed throughout my stay. The staff overall were friendly and attentive, and the hotel atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service, and I would happily stay here again in the future.
