Really happy with my experience at ACA Furniture. The furniture looks great and feels solid — definitely good quality for the price. It fits perfectly in my space and gives the room a nice modern feel. There was heaps to choose from, and the staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived in good condition. Overall, great value and a stress-free experience. Would definitely recommend ACA Furniture.

Never go to them. These guys are good until you make a deposit to buy. Had made order for 8 custom made chairs and was told to wait for 3 months. Went back to shop after 4 months and no chairs. Was told to wait for another month and it will come. But the lady wasn't sure and could understand that she was making up the time frame. Had to have argument for half an hour non stop like a fight to street vendor to have the deposit refunded. Avoid this shop. General advise it's better to go to reputed shops as they always have a room for changes and will happily assist their customers.

Please AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID this place, unless if you want to be lied to, mislead, and scammed! Unbelievable how wonderful they may sound and very helpful when you enquire about their products , but once you make an order and pay a deposit, then you'd feel like the m this is not what we've agreed on!! I placed on order on December 2022 for a set of lounges, TV sets, and a coffee table. Paid it off, and they promised to deliver in 6 weeks since my order was a custom-made one, and it was coming directly from the factory in China. Believe it or not, they delivered it in May 2023 with a damaged coffee table and refused to refund. After many calls, they said I replacement from the factory will be sent to you soon. Months later, and many follow-up calls on the expense of our time and nerves, they said it'll be delivered in August. September passed, then October and follow up call and they mentioned the company staff are having a strike from work, the table will be delivered in December which marks 12 months from the date we ordered the goods! After filling a complaint with the Fair Trading, they finally responded with the delivery date in January 2024! They delivered last week and t
