This is the most useless store in Sydney. I reaffirmed delivery 3 times during the week, they still did not book it in. They then sent the wrong mattress after hours of trying to get my order correct. A bunch of spastic running a business.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality control of Fantastic Furniture products, specifically regarding the Alexa Grey Office Chair. Unfortunately, after picking me chair up and unboxing, it arrived with a prominent rip and several black marks (as shown in the attached photos). Due to prior family commitments, I have been unable to return to the store to resolve this in person. Given that the chair arrived either defective or incomplete, I am highly disappointed with Fantastic Furniture's quality assurance and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

We booked a pick up from our house for a furniture that was delivered last week and had a broken piece. We were confirmed it will be picked up from our address on wednesday on 22 April 2026 between 7-10am. I especially took a day off to make sure it get picked up. However even after sending a message that a driver will be here in 30 mins, no one showed up instead the status was updated after 30 mins on system there is no space in truck. Driver aigned himself amd never arrived at our door or rang bell. First, a broken piece, then we had to visit the store to arrange pick up and now such games by the driver It is just pathetic and really in considerate that people have life and work to juggle with. Wasted my day. Not very fantastic service, is it.

Worst service I have ever encountered in all my years of living. They drive you mental and drive you to insanity. From the actual store to fantastic furniture customer service which is based overseas, absolutely nobody is doing their job! I could write an essay of the whole experience and all the terrible situations I encountered over and over again. But in short, took over a month to have a return processed for a returned item that they had for wks and proceeded to still deduct money for (Afterpay) Be warned that customer service as well as the returns/refunds department are based overseas meaning nobody here has control or access. All they do is send emails overseas that never get resolved. Or lies after lies with being promised it was settled and to just “forget about it” only to have it NOT settled and payment deducted anyways. Store manager promised it was taken care of multiple times and that he would settle it. It’s been over a wk I haven’t heard from him. I settled it myself by calling customer service overseas for wks on end, hrs on hold, emails back and forth to finally get a resolution. Finally issued the return and took my soul with them. Will see how long it takes

Furniture outlet along Parramatta road in Auburn locality. Reasonable stock of indoor and outdoor furniture. Must say that most of the items are regular usage and economic range. Nothing classical or exotic. Staff are friendly at the store and helpful but the store itself appears a bit understaffed. Discounts available on a number of items.
