We had a wonderful experience at Lounge Life. Joel was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. He was professional, friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. His knowledge and honest advice made it easy for us to choose the right sofa for our home. The customer service we received from Joel was exceptional, and he made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Awful customer service experience. Do not buy from Lounge Life. I purchased a leather couch. The leather wore out in 14 months (with minimal use). The store failed to mention the importance of maintaining the leather every 3 months. I still believe that leather should not degrade to such a degree after only 14 months of minimal use. I believe Lounge Life uses poor quality leather. A better company might agree to cover the cost of repairs, especially given how expensive the couch was. However, after exchanging numerous emails they refused to pay for the repair, but were happy to refer me to a leather repair service (that they no doubt get referral fees for). If you purchase a couch from Lounge Life and come into any issues they will do everything they can to avoid accountability and you will be stuck with the bill. I highly recommend you purchase your couch elsewhere.

He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us find the perfect couch, and made everything easy and stress-free. His customer service was outstanding, and we never felt pressured. I will never recommend to anyone buy furniture from this company, after the order they won’t supply you any information for delivery time , salespeople tell me approximate 2 months time! On the invoice it was 3-4 months he won’t tell me the truth 👎 if’s I know I have to wait for 3-4 months I definitely I won’t buy it 👎 they only send you a SMS to ask for dues balance finalise payment they never say about the furniture and delivery time 👎they only care the money not care about customer feeling 👎I live in Australia 46 years I never seen anything like that, very poor customer service, I’m very disappointed 😞 I already submit a complaint to fair trade waiting for hearing to find out my right ! I like to fight for consumer rights 👍👌
