I wish I could give zero stars. My experience purchasing an expensive wooden bookcase has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish, lasting over a month with zero accountability from the company. The original bookcase arrived damaged. They promised a thoroughly inspected replacement, but the second unit was even worse with visible manufacturing defects plus transport damage, despite their assurances. Delivery drivers dismissed my concerns on the spot, saying it “wasn’t a defect,” which customer service later admitted was inappropriate. Customer service emails dragged on with delays, vague updates and repeated “management is reviewing” excuses. I’ve had to chase them constantly just for basic information. Now they’re refusing any meaningful compensation beyond covering delivery (which they should provide anyway), despite two faulty units, endless back and forth and huge inconvenience. Their quality control is non-existent, and they take no responsibility for repeated failures. I asked for photos of the inspected replacement before delivery but think it’s unlikely to happen based on their track record. Avoid this company unless you enjoy stress and subpar furniture. Ordered two beds with premium delivery service. One of them have five defects so need a product replacement. The guys who delivered the beds did not set up second bed for me as they had 17 delivery on the day and did not see point to set up the bed for me that needs replacement. I was under impression that the replacement will be organised urgently as they know I don’t have a bed to sleep on. They also did not connect the power points for the first bed so I have to lift the bed myself to get it connected. The replacement took four days to be delivered which means I don’t have a bed to sleep on for four nights. Terrible service.
