My husband actually took this photo because they are just too stunning. We spent days looking for the perfect rings for our commitment and felt hope was lost before we walked into this beautiful shop. We purchased two rings from Angus and Aaron as promise rings. The time and care they both put into their service, ensuring we were understood plus more! We didn’t realise that each piece comes with its own journey and that the journey can continue by adding more stones as life goes on. I didn’t realise the importance of heading to an amazing jeweller. We went to other shops but they didn’t have the same reverence as AHWStudio has. You can find good jewellery anywhere, but finding a piece that brings you to tears from joy and makes your next chapter magical? You’ll only get that here.

Custom wedding band. I came to Aaron with a concept design and he executed it brilliantly. My partner and I will be eloping in Iceland and I wanted to give him a ring that would capture that moment. The ring has a pattern to replicate the bassalt columns found in iceland, as well as a rocky section with gold flowing through it like lava. Aaron communicated with me throughout the whole process to ensure I was happy with the modelling, etc. He has done a wonderful job and I could not be happier. Thank you!

All the stars aligned and I picked up my new ‘In Motion’ horse ring from AHW, in the size I requested and a day earlier than promised. As a born Fire Horse according to the lunar calendar, luck was on my side. I love the ring and the origin of design was fully explained, which was in itself intriguing. The quality, workmanship and detail of the ring is incredible. The team at both the QVB and The Strand were immensely helpful and I felt like a longtime valued customer, even though this was my first physical encounter. If you are looking for that special item for someone or for yourself, I strongly commend AHW.

Based on a referral, I made my way to AHW STUDIO in the Strand Arcade in the hopes of picking up a little something for my own birthday..... My initial reaction was like O.M.G. my eyes spied stunning beautiful pieces on every shelf and cupboard and I feel in love with them immediately. I met and spoke with Angus who I found to be a genuine and caring person with a solid knowledge of the industry, and he helped me decide on 2 rings , and he also arranged a payment plan option that suited both of us .Prices are amazingly cheap with the product looking 10 x the price I would have to say that as a family run jewellers with handcrafted pieces ,this IS somewhere I recommend any and every one MUST visit. On a scale of 1-10 , AHW gets a 15. Angus , I can never thank you enough for what you did for me on my birthday, and as such , you have a customer for my life , and my absolute respect. Have bought from AHW for years (for both myself and as gifts) - best place to go if you’re after unique, detailed men’s jewellery! Always been so impressed by their craftsmanship, and it turns out that carries over to their bridal side too! This year I worked with Aaron to design a custom engagement ring, and despite me being so picky, he was always so receptive to my feedback, nothing was ever an issue, turn-around time was quick and both my now-fiancé and I are so happy with the end result! Will absolutely be coming back for matching wedding bands (and even more jewellery for myself of course haha)

Angus and the AHW team did such a fantastic job creating our wedding rings! Right from the get go Angus was great with answering all the questions we had and walked us through all the potential rings that could work with my fiancées ring design, ring sizing and custom gemstone work. Beautiful emerald ring, great value, and extremely personal and professional experience from Aaron!! I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect emerald trilogy ring for my girlfriend in Sydney that came into my budget, and randomly walked in AHW studio on the top floor of QVB, which I liked the look of as a smaller and more intimate jeweller than all the bigger ones around it. Aaron who met me was so personable, and offered so much advice without it ever feeling like he was pushing a sale on me. I loved that he is also the jeweller himself, which I hadn’t experienced in any other shops, and he even sketched out right there and then what the dimensions of the emerald and the two side baguettes could look like - I knew he was my guy! I told Aaron I wanted an emerald that had a bit of a sea like colour as my gf and I live by the harbour in Manly where the sea is a beautiful aqua green, and he brought out a beautiful Zambian Emerald which I immediately fell in love with! Aaron promised he would keep this rock for me, but also said he would find some others to give me a point of comparison.
