My fiancé and I had the most amazing experience with Cullen recently when purchasing our wedding bands. Elise looked after us on the day and was super knowledgeable and attentive. We tried on a few different styles which she suggested based on our taste (all of which we loved). At the end of the appointment she sent us the info on our favourites so that we could mull it over and make a decision at a later time. We placed our order a few weeks later and were kept informed every step of the way. Our rings arrived on schedule and we have since picked them up. They are STUNNING! My beautiful girlfriend and i have had the most amazing time together with Ella at Cullen Jewellery Sydney showroom to discuss the engagement ring on our mind. Ella was very helpful and kind in guiding us through each option and she was able to answer every question we had with ease. We strongly recommend the exceptional skill and knowledge from Ella and her most welcoming team at the Sydney showroom. Following on with the congratulations announcement email from Emily confirming my purchase and the beginning of our creation making my dream closer to being fulfilled. Honestly had the best consultation was my first time trying on engagement rings. The experience was welcoming from the moment with arrived till leaving. Greeted and offered a drink. Ella and Helen were amazing very knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure to buy anything felt comfortable. Answered all the questions I had. When the consultation was over email was sent with everything discussed instantly. Great range of rings setting, diamond, Moissanite, coloured Moissanite and gemstones. Highly recommend.
