I can’t recommend Daniella Jewellers highly enough! I brought in a ring that needed resizing and a necklace that was an unsightly shade of gold. From the outset, Bobby was completely honest and transparent about the quality of the pieces, the issues he identified, and the results that could realistically be achieved. His expertise and willingness to explain everything clearly gave me complete confidence in the process. The workmanship was exceptional. Bobby transformed both pieces into jewellery I genuinely enjoy wearing again, and even took the time to note the inscription on my diamond for additional peace of mind. I was particularly impressed by the same-day service, which far exceeded my expectations. What stood out most was the team’s professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. We needed an engagement ring and wedding ring resized and both needed to be cut off. We were then provided with numerous options ranging from a simple resize to a completely new ring. We chose to enhance the existing ring by adding new diamonds in a new setting - keeping the original diamond in the new setting. The resulting ring is beautiful and gave a 39 year old ring a new lease of life. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Danielle and Bobby were fantastic and took time to discuss our options. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I had my gold chain necklace repaired here and couldn’t be happier with the service. The repair was done on the spot, as advised before, they answered all of my questions before I even came in, which made the whole process easy and reassuring. I recently took my grandmother’s precious antique ring to Daniella Jewellers after the pearl had fallen out. Not only did they professionally reset the pearl using improved techniques, but they also beautifully restored the entire ring. It is absolutely stunning and I was really delighted with the results. Bobby and Danielle were lovely to deal with - honest, professional and very thorough in explaining the process to me. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

The service we have received from Daniella has been amazing from the start. I love my beautiful custom engagement ring and my wedding ring compliments it beautifully. Also included is complimentary ring cleaning when you need and they also resized my ring after my fingers changed in pregnancy. They truly are your jeweller for life. Thank you.
