I had such a wonderful experience with Moi Moi Jewellers throughout the repair of my engagement ring. A huge thank you to Jess and Marianna for being so kind, supportive and helpful throughout the entire repair process. They kept me informed every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful experience so easy. When I picked up my repaired engagement ring, Lindy was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, caring and genuinely excited for me. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made the whole experience feel so special. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the team. Everyone went above and beyond, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. She helped us choose my wife’s very first diamond ring, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through such a special milestone. We had the most amazing experience at Moi Moi. Shakira is so lovely and friendly, we really couldn’t have asked for better service. She was so warm and patient as I was very confused and really took a lot of time to decide what I liked. She didn’t rush us at all and was patient beyond the finishing time of our appointment which was also very considerate. She helped take us through every single cut and setting that we liked and helped us document our preferences. My fiancé also had a very positive when he placed the order. On a separate occasion, I visited Moi Moi with a friend to get a sample ring for his proposal and staff were also super helpful then. I also went in recently to ask about resizing and whether or not it’s needed and Cathy was so incredibly helpful and helped me understand my ring a lot better. Finally, my ring is absolutely stunning and we are both so stoked with it. To be quite frank, nothing I’ve seen anyone wear comes close to the finishing, sparkle and brilliance of what we received from Moi Moi. I have gotten so many compliments, jaw drops and wows on my ring it’s been so special. I can’t wait to get our engagement bands also done here.
