We had such a wonderful experience with Jacque Fine Jewellery, especially thanks to Amal and Giovanna. We chose them for my fiancée’s engagement ring, and the entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Amal and Giovanna were both incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, guided us through all the different options, and made what is such an important purchase feel personal and special rather than overwhelming. The engagement ring turned out absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. The quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail are beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. We would highly recommend them to everyone

A big thank you to Jovanna and her team who helped me through the entire process of ring ideation, design and creation. Jovanna provided me with expertise from start to end and really helped shape the design ideas I had in mind to create a unique and stunning piece. She was very respectful of my budget and timeframes, and the whole team were professional, approachable and genuine — they always had my best interests at the forefront. The craftsmanship behind the finished product is truly amazing. Can’t wait to come back in the future. Highly recommend!

Have I got a storey for you! I sincerely cannot recommend Jacque and his team enough for their ability to bring my dream ring design into my physical reality. I had gotten a ring made in Canada with a different jeweler from a distance - in summary total disaster. Had to return it. Jacque, Jovanna, and his expert jewellers saved the experience of making a custom ring and not only delivered beyond my wildest dreams they trusted me every step of the way when I pushed and pushed and pushed for perfection and architecture in the design. They never let me down, always said they will do it the way I wanted, and were so supportive of my design and crazy attention to detail. They even went out of their way to source specific sapphires I wanted and delivered ahead of schedule. Thank you will never be enough for creating this ring and I will go to Jacque for all my designs moving forward. As someone who designs for a living it could not have been more appreciated in the outcome. Just wow!!! You and your team are one of a kind. I will cherish this ring, the moment we got engaged, and this symbol of commitment for a lifetime. PS - engagement was in the mountain passes of Durmitor National Park

Jacque Fine Jewellery did an amazing job with my engagement ring. Located in the heart of Sydney, they are convenient to reach, reasonably priced, and create the highest quality available jewelry in the city. As an American traveling in Sydney, I wasn’t sure about which options were the best. After trying multiple other stores, I was struck by the kindness of the associates at Jacques and their understanding of the vision in my head for a custom engagement ring. They were able to create exactly what I wanted, within my budget, and within the timeframe I asked. Amal helped me on each visit while I was there, even going so far as to make me coffee while I waited. They were able to hold onto the ring for me as long as I wished and spread out payments to make it easier on me. Afterwards, they provided all the documentation I needed to claim GST and file for insurance. I highly recommend them for all your custome jewelry needs

Had a really great experience with Jacque Fine Jewellery from start to finish. They made the whole process easy and stress free, and genuinely took care of us the entire way through. Pricing was fair, and the quality of the engagement ring is unreal turned out absolutely perfect. My wife loves it. Couldn’t be happier, highly recommend.
