Had an incredible experience at Alysium Spa! Being a part of the gym takes you out of the luxe spa experience a little in the beginning, but once you're in for treatment, all is forgotten! At 8 months pregnant, I went in for a 45min body scrub and 1hr prenatal massage. Eva, the therapist, immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I walked out feeling the best I've felt in a long time. Highly recommend!

I received a very generous voucher from family and used it for the 3 hr indulgence package. Firstly, yes Alysium is located in the basement area adjacent to fitness first (& the bathroom facilities are shared) That said, Alysium itself is like a little haven and once your inside for your treatments you cannot hear any surrounding noise I had Carmen for my three part package - whole body scrub, massage and then facial. She was fantastic - the perfect medium massage and worked on my neck/shoulder area for a large part of the massage, as requested Would highly recommend this package + this masseuse . A wonderful way to relax and step away from the world for three blissful hours !

This is going to be long!!:-) What a lovely experience. I received a 3hr spa treatment package from my son and it included, 30min body scrub, 1 hr massage and 1.5 hr facial. It was AMAZING. Seriously, I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was the best experience from a spa perspective. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because to use the ladies toilets you need to access the gym change room(Fitness First) and unfortunately after the most relaxing 3 hours I had, the music was blasting like a party in the toilets and it wasn’t clean:-( However that has nothing to do with the service and experience I received at Alysium Spa. Alysium use Payot products which are a great French brand. The lady at reception was so lovely and helpful and Eva who provided my treatments was so great. The body scrub was Devine and felt fabulous! Her massage was a good mix of various techniques. And finally the facial was so relaxing and I’m sure I took a power nap at one stage! Eva asked before my facial if I had any concerns or issues. The Payot products are always good on my skin and my skin felt very refreshed and smooth afterwards. Went here today with my girlfriends and had such a wonderful experience! The staff were so professional, polite, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The spa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had the perfect warm, low-light atmosphere to relax in. I arrived about an hour and a half before my appointment and was able to make the most of the connecting amenities — pool, spa, and sauna which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. My massage was absolutely amazing one of the best I’ve had and left me feeling so refreshed. Highly recommend this spa if you’re looking for a clean, relaxing and professional place to unwind. Great location city central too! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you to the wonderful manager and his team! 🥰
