I had the most incredible experience at Spa & Sport Wellness at Swissôtel Sydney with Maritha. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed and cared for. I enjoyed a hot stone massage followed by a hydration facial, and both treatments were exceptional. The hot stones were deeply relaxing and melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was carrying. Maritha’s touch was intuitive, professional, and incredibly soothing. The hydration facial left my skin feeling refreshed, nourished, and glowing. What truly made the experience special, though, was Maritha herself. She has a beautiful presence and a genuine gift for creating a space where you can completely relax and unwind. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and thoroughly pampered. If you’re looking for a luxurious wellness experience in Sydney, I highly recommend booking with Maritha. I’ll definitely be returning.

Exactly as the advertising what they service included, you will never receive the service that was promised. The massage was supposed to be 1 hour, but it finished after only 45 minutes. They also advertised a heated pool, but there is no heated pool at all — it’s only about 1.3 meters deep. There is nothing there to relax or enjoy. The receptionist’s attitude was also very poor. I honestly would not recommend anyone to try this service. It was truly the worst experience I have ever had. I definitely did not receive the service I paid for. The only good thing was that the place was clean, but everything else was very disappointing.

We had the most amazing time. The treatments were fantastic. We came to celebrate my best friend's birthday and wow the staff did not disappoint. Sparkling champagne and cake was such a wonderful surprise and so thoughtful. THANK YOU

Brilliant experience here, received a gift certificate and booked the Apline Spring Massage which is a relaxation style massage and it was fantastic, the best massage I've had in a long time. Jane was excellent and applied the perfect level of pressure and knew where to focus Neat and tidy facilities, excellent service, provided a small snack with tea after my massage. Highly recommended, I will definitey return here and try the remedial massage next time.

What an amazing experience! We were warmly welcomed and the staff did a lovely job showing us the spa, sauna and swimming pool. The massage was the best I've ever had and my wife really liked her massage too. Enjoyed using the facilities sipping sparkling wine in the spa - cake & tea were a nice touch. Sauna was high quality and I'll definitely be back. Thanks to everyone!
