The CMC team is incredibly professional, compassionate, and understanding when it comes to personalised patient care. My experience with Dr Chen and Jenner was fantastic! Jenner was so patient and attentive, taking the time to listen to all of my concerns and address each one with care and understanding. I also really appreciated the additional effort the team put into post-treatment care. They provided a clear post-treatment guideline, and Jenner shared insightful skincare advice.

I can’t recommend CMC highly enough. As a man, I was initially sceptical about cosmetic procedures because I didn’t know what to expect. From my first consultation, the entire CMC team made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and completely put my mind at ease. The results from my fractional CO₂ laser resurfacing speak for themselves. Jenner is an absolute miracle worker. I’m genuinely thrilled with the results to date and would confidently recommend CMC to anyone considering treatment.

I recently saw Jenner at Cosmetic Medical Clinic for the removal of a few raised and flat moles on my face, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Given the treatment was on my face, I was understandably nervous about both the procedure and the outcome. Jenner immediately put me at ease with her calm, professional, and caring approach. The treatment itself was seamless and far less stressful than I anticipated. What stood out most was her genuine care for her clients and respect for their time. I’m currently 8 weeks postpartum, and during my appointment we also spoke about overall skin health. Jenner was thoughtful, measured, and incredibly honest in her advice. I really appreciated that she focused on natural treatments and skincare options rather than pushing products or unnecessary procedures. I’m really glad I chose the Cosmetic Medical Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and the environment felt professional and calm. Laser practitioner Jenner Chan was especially impressive. She took the time to understand my concerns, explained the options in a way that made sense, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Her manner is reassuring, and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for her patients. Dr Chen Chew was also very good and explained my issues in detail. Overall, a very positive experience — I’d happily return and recommend CMC and Jenner Chan to others.
