I had a bit of an issue trying to figure out where this was (it's literally right between the Breitling and Rolex store). I went up the lift and I thought I was at the wrong place because the first thing I saw was the John Frieda salon. It's actually a quick turn right and it's tucked away. Now once I got in, Jessie was absolutely lovely. Her treatment was just divine and I honestly, it was so relaxing and I couldn't be happier after the session. It was my very first time at a headspa and it didn't disappoint! Definitely go back again. Thank you again Jessie (and sorry this took months for a review!)

My friend brought me here for my birthday and I had an absolutely amazing experience!! The best head spa and hot stone massage I ever had! I have been to few places the this one just ticked all boxes. The person looking after me was so good and was very patient. She did make me feel so comfortable. The products they have used were amazing and smelled soo good that you can tell they don’t use cheap products. Place is very clean and hygienic! Would Certainly recommend if you are looking to relax and unwind this is the perfect place.

Beautiful day spa. I’ve been to quite a few around Sydney and this one is a hidden gem. I had the room for myself and felt like a really personal and private experience. I also have sensitive skin and prone to eczema and the facial was not irritating at all. I feel super relaxed. Will recommend to my friends. Thank you!

I had the most amazing experience at this hair spa—honestly one of the best self-care treatments I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and luxurious, making it so easy to switch off and relax. Every step of the treatment felt so thoughtful and indulgent, and my hair has never felt this soft, healthy, and refreshed. You can really tell they take pride in what they do and use high-quality products. Fiona was absolutely incredible as my therapist. She was so gentle, attentive, and clearly very skilled at what she does. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and tailored everything to suit my hair needs perfectly. It felt less like a service and more like a truly personalised experience. I walked out feeling so relaxed and confident—already can’t wait to come back!

I went to this place for a head and facial spa as a birthday gift, and it was absolutely amazing. The service was incredible from start to finish, and the massages were truly outstanding. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The therapist was extremely kind, professional, and made the whole experience even better. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves.
