I brought in a pendant with a badly damaged jump ring, and the gentleman who helped me was friendly, patient and extremely thorough. He examined it with a loupe, confirmed the metal using a special machine, and clearly explained the repair options. I decided to have the ring replaced. I assumed that meant ordering one and waiting a few days, so I was pleasantly surprised when he explained that he makes them himself. He even brought out a selection of wires (in different sizes and materials) to show me exactly what he would use. It was clear that he knew his craft and took pride in his work. He wrote the repair details on a receipt, placed the pendant beside it, and suggested that I take a photo as a record of what I was leaving with them. I dropped the pendant off at around 9 a.m. and received a text by 11 a.m. saying it was ready. The replacement ring looked perfect, and the pendant was neatly presented in a new jewellery box. The whole process felt professional, transparent and reassuring. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and quick, and I'll definitely be recommending them. They'll be my first choice whenever I need a jeweller again.

Ben did a fantastic job repairing my jewellery - the quality of his work is excellent, and he takes real pride in his craftsmanship. Tony remodelled a fragile opal ring for me. He is an opal genius - the setting is exquisite and he perfectly showcased and protected the stone. My favourite pieces were in such safe hands, and I'll be back again and again! (Special shout out to Monica too, who was lovely to deal with in person and on the phone)

I would highly recommend this jeweller. Booking an appointment was incredibly easy, and I needed my gold ring resized by four sizes. I was notified within 24 hours that it was ready, and I honestly couldn’t tell it had ever been altered, the craftsmanship was flawless. I also really appreciated being able to check the quality of my other jewellery pieces and discuss ideas for transforming them into new custom pieces in the future. The service was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

I had a tiny wire break off and get stuck inside a socket. Despite the unusual usual nature, John and Tony had the issue fixed in a couple minutes. They saved my ability to listen to music on my trip. Thanks!
