This bank doesn’t accept depositing cash into your account. Needs to be through the teller even though it never works. Best to just keep the cash than letting it sit in the account…

I had an appointment with Mr. Waleed Khalid. He was very professional and efficient, and he resolved my issue quickly while also providing some helpful recommendations. I have been dealing with ANZ Bondi Junction for over 10 years and have never had any issues.

Acts of misconduct and poor unprofessional behaviour where action should and will be taken. I was booked in to see management regarding a number of authorised transactions against my account. a) I was told I was in the wrong branch in an abusive manner. I was meant to go to Double Bay branch after an incredibly stressful phone call with the apparent double bay branch b) to be told it couldn’t be helped and that I had to wait. Given the circumstances I had to get back to work to again be told “then go back to work I don’t care” to again be told “it’s not my problem” in the world of HR this level of behaviour is an act of misconduct. I would appreciate if HR can kindly reach out to myself to discuss the disturbing nature of what unfolded today given the stress and harm caused. Please check the internal CCT footage and see for yourself.

Great service! I didn’t have an appointment and only had to wait 10 minutes. I was lucky to meet a banker, Waleed, who was very helpful, professional, and efficient. I was also served by a lovely teller named Pulina, who was very friendly and professional. Thank you, ANZ, for the excellent customer service!

Shame you have waleed to greet new and existing customers. He does not really show any interest in customers needs. To think i was fed up with other banks and about to join ANZ team. Not the best guy to greet at the door. I HOPE hes not the manager🫢
