We've had a great experience with Ariana at Austen & Blake. From the beginning of the process, she was warm and friendly, guiding my now fiancé with all the options for an engagement ring. We then went back for our wedding bands and it was lovely to meet Ariana myself and become part of the process! It was great to see all the band options and metal choices as well as customisation options. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for their engagement and wedding rings! Thank you again!

Both my engagement and wedding band are from Austen and Blake and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the rings. They are beautiful and such high quality for the price point. The team helped my fiancé pick the perfect ring, and the lovely Amy assisted me and helped with resizing my wedding band. The whole process has been so smooth and I will definitley be back when I need more pieces.

After receiving my ring, I had a few mixed feelings. First of all, I had already chosen the diamond and the setting online before visiting the store. When I arrived, the shop looked quite small for a jewellery store. I was hoping to try on the exact ring I ordered, but it wasn’t available in-store. Instead, I could only try on a few sample rings made with cubic zirconia and stainless steel. To be honest, cubic zirconia doesn’t have the same appeal as a real diamond, so it didn’t really give me that excitement or confidence in my choice. The staff member who assisted us was kind, but seemed quite new to the job. While everyone has to start somewhere, I didn’t feel a strong sense of confidence during the process. About two weeks later, when my ring arrived, it turned out to be incorrect — it wasn’t the ring I had ordered. Because of this, I had to wait an additional four weeks, which was quite frustrating. On top of that, the first ring I received actually fit perfectly. However, the replacement ring ended up being slightly larger, causing the diamond to shift and turn to the side when worn. I’m not sure why there was a size difference, but it was disappointing. The ring itself
