If I could give 0 stars I would, imagine making a customer confirm her size of clothing with you. I’m sure if I can pick out my clothing I’m aware of my size, when I clarify I don’t need assistance staff hangs around as if I’m doing wrong. Fix this right away

I was extremely disappointed by an interaction my partner had while shopping at Best & Less today with our 3-month-old daughter. An older female employee commented that our daughter "looked like a boy" because she was wearing a light blue onesie with sausage dogs on it, and went on to say that we shouldn't dress her in it if she isn't a boy. Comments like this are unnecessary and inappropriate. Babies and young children should not be judged or labelled based on the colour or pattern of their clothing. Our daughter was simply wearing a cute outfit that we chose because we liked it. While the comment may not have been intended to cause offence, it left my partner feeling uncomfortable and judged. Shopping environments should be welcoming and inclusive for all families, and staff should be mindful that personal remarks about customers and their children can have a negative impact. We hope this feedback encourages greater awareness, sensitivity, and professionalism in future customer interactions.

I had a bad experience at this store today. I came to collect my order, which had 8 parcels, and the cashier was initially very helpful in checking them one by one. However, I had 1 parcel previously collect and containing 2 clothes items that I wanted to exchange because they were dirty, quality issues. I explained that I only wanted to exchange the both items for the same size, but the cashier misunderstood my request and processed the wrong transaction. Later, I was told that for an exchange, I needed to bring the clothes directly to the counter and exchange them there. I genuinely did not know the procedure, which is why I went to the counter to ask for help in the first place. What upset me was that after misunderstanding my request, the cashier kept saying that she didn’t understand what I was saying, instead of clarifying with me earlier. She then called the supervisor to explain the situation. I felt blamed for the misunderstanding when I was only trying to exchange faulty items that I had already paid for. I already had to make another trip because of the quality issue, which wasted my time, and this situation made the experience even more disappointing. I left the sto
