Ruksana in the shoe department was so helpful went out of her way to pick up a pair of shoes from downstairs and took the time to actually look for a shoe that was apparently missing the other half. I’m grateful I had her help me today. The 5 stars is specific to this team member, I cannot say the other team members I interacted with today were anywhere near as helpful as she was so thank you!

Had the best service with Chanel in the perfume section at Parramatta who was extremely kind and helpful. She guide me the the right perfume choice and suggested great gift pack. Keep up the good work Chanel.

I visited Myer Parramatta on Saturday specifically looking for a jacket and had three very different customer service experiences. At the Country Road counter, I asked about a jacket I was interested in. The sales assistant asked for my size and then simply told me they didn’t have it in stock. Unfortunately, no alternative options were offered, such as checking availability at other stores, which left the interaction feeling quite dismissive. In contrast, the sales assistant at Forever New was wonderful. Although they didn’t have my size available, she took the time to check stock at other locations, let me know where I could find it, and was very helpful with sizing advice. I ultimately found the jacket I wanted at Witchery. While I located it myself, the sales assistant was friendly and accommodating, and even helped me secure a 15% discount on the purchase. It’s amazing how much customer service can influence the overall shopping experience. Thank you to the teams at Forever New and Witchery for being so helpful.

My husband, daughter and I were in Myer Parramtta Friday 22nd May. We were predominantly in Menswear and the staff went out of their way to source/search for items and deliver. Never wavering on politeness, the customer service was excellent. We then went onto the youth section and the lady was wonderful, in giving us time and showing items suitable for who we were looking for. At the cashier point, the more mature aged gentleman was exemplary. The service, was 'good old fashioned`, not the kind you get in most places now. Keep it up Myer, the 3 of us really noticed the level of delivery provided and we greatly appreciate it!

Hema was an absolute wonderful help. I found an incredible deal online for Baccarat iD3 Black Samurai knives and get a 6 piece cookware set free...all for $299. She matched the entire deal. Outstanding customer service!
