What a terrible experience. What’s the point of online ordering if they say there are no returns? Mind you, I ordered the Pokémon cards a month in advance just for them to arrive damaged and creased. On top of that, they were so rude even shouting at customers and acting like they didn’t care at all. If they were the customer and I treated them like that, would they be happy? Never again.

I had such a wonderful experience at Target today, all thanks to a sweet young lady named Alexia. She went out of her way to help me find a lovely outfit. She was kind, and had great taste!

The short-haired old lady working at returns near the change rooms honestly needs to be retrained. She was extremely rude for no reason. I was putting the clothes I tried on on the rack outside and even picked up some clothes other people had left in the change room just to help out. She saw that one item didn’t have a hanger and shouted, “Where’s the hanger?” I said I didn’t know because there wasn't one. She then replied in a very rude tone, “There was,” and walked away. I don’t understand why she was so worked up.

Today I was served by a worker named Umar at target Parramatta, and he was honestly amazing. He was super friendly and really helpful from the start. He took the time to explain where I needed to go and made everything so easy and stress free. His attitude was really positive and welcoming, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had!

I just want to commend Georgia for her amazing customer service. Not only was she incredibly kind and helpful, she was quick to assist as well as taking me to exactly the spot I needed which is so rare these days, since most people just point and wave customers off. Truly a gem in the customer service field, she was absolutely fantastic!
