I recently took out business insurance through BizCover and couldn't be happier with the service I received. The consultant I spoke with over the phone was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made what I thought would be a complicated process surprisingly easy. I felt confident that I was getting the right cover for my business. I did have one additional question afterwards, which I emailed to the support team, but apart from that, the whole experience was seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BizCover to anyone looking for business insurance. Excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and a very easy process from start to finish. The consultant I dealt with is a real credit to the company, they're fortunate to have someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. I have been with bizcover across all my businesses for PI as well as Business Insurances, its been a long time now, excellent services provided by the team. Claims are handled so professionally and well structured causing very little disruption to the operations, i will highly recommend it

Rodrigo Medrado was extremely patient in explaining the insurance process and clarifying any terminology I was unfamiliar with. Throughout our interactions, he was professional, calm, and reassuring, which made the experience much less daunting as a first-time customer arranging insurance for the first time. Rodrigo provided clear information, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and gave me a great deal of confidence in the decisions I was making. His excellent customer service and approachable manner made such a positive impression that I specifically wanted to deal with him directly when it came time to finalise my payment arrangements. Tried to cancel my policy with BizCover for over two weeks and it has been extremely frustrating. I called multiple times and was left on hold for long periods, then was repeatedly directed to cancel through the website link sent via SMS. The problem is the cancellation link simply does not work, the page never loads. I’ve attempted this process dozens of times and emailed support, only to receive the same automated instructions telling me to use the same broken cancellation link. It shouldn’t be this difficult to cancel a policy you no longer need. Very disappointing customer experience.
