This was so much easier to complete then any other Travel Insurance Policies I have had in the past. The step-by-step process guided me through what policy we wanted ie such as Basic with added medical extra's for pre-existing conditions. Can highly recommend Fast Cover Travel Insurance to cover you for what you want and need.

Best travel insurance company out there.. there customers service is wonderful.. I had an issue where my husband who could not travel due to his illness and I dealing with a Jazmin and Layla from customer service team .. cannot express my gratitude the way she showed care and empathy to my issue , in the end as expected from a outstanding company we received a great outcome.. so thank you again. I just spoke to a guy called Hans on the phone prior to signing up for Travel Insurance. Phenomenal customer service. Made sure I had everything covered. Was happy to take the time with me. Very helpful and supportive. Leaves a good impression on a first time customer. All things considered thus far, I'd be happy to come back to FastCover again in the future.

I have been with this travel insurance provider for a number of years and have always found the application process very easy and straightforward. Unfortunately, the first time I actually needed to make a claim, my experience was very different. The process felt unnecessarily difficult and at times it felt like they were looking for reasons not to approve the claim rather than trying to help a long-term customer. I was asked to claim with the airline first or provide written confirmation that the airline would not compensate me. I explained that my communication challenges with the airline were actually the main reason it took so long to resolve my delayed luggage situation in the first place, but I was still asked to go back and pursue the airline before progressing my claim. They make it very easy to purchase insurance, but when I finally needed support, the claims experience was nowhere near as simple or responsive. After years of being a customer, I expected a smoother and more supportive process when it mattered most. P.S. It has now been over 3 weeks since I submitted my claim and I have reached the point where I have given up. After years with them and the 1 time I neede

We are 66 and 64 year old Australian retirees. We have some positive things to say about Fast Cover. With 12 months of cover over a 3 year period in Thailand and Vietnam, our only claim was for a suspected Deep Vein Thrombosis check which turned out to be temporary oedema. medication was prescribed. Fast Cover paid our claim promptly. We are happy with their service and about to extend our cover. They have happily agreed to reduce our premium. Double happy.
