Dealing with Q Report has been a pleasure. Unfortunately my partner and I lost our engagement ring. Natalie was our initial contact through claims, she was attentive as well as accomodating and understanding. Throughout the claim I was also dealing with Justin who was really helpful and polite. My experience with Q Report has exceeded expectations. Lee who was my representative was super attentive and answered all my queries. I hit a snag when submitting documents and they were able to help promptly. It's rare to find a competent representative within the insurance world and being able to have a singular person end-to-end has been wonderful. If, I ever do need to make a claim (and I hope not).
