I was served by Wyatt at the Boutique Optical store. He was extremely professional and helpful. He provided me with a wide variety of sunglasses to choose from and provided me with plenty of advice on all the sunglasses and the different styles. The store was pristine and immaculate with no dust or finger prints to be seen anywhere. The service couldn’t have been any better. Thankyou Wyatt for your kind service and helping me find a product that I love. I will most definitely be returning and suggesting this store to other people. Keep up the good work Wyatt.

Boutique optical were wonderful. In fact amazing customer service. I had 2 pairs of Expensive Celine prescription glasses that I had purchased in Paris. I didn’t want them replaced due to the prescriptions that were additionally expensive multi focals. When I went back to the manufacturer they couldn’t help me however the wonderful Celine shop manager Miriam bought my glasses to Boutique Optical in Sydney. (I live in Perth so I could not get across) Boutique optical quoted me a price to fix them, offered to repair them for a reasonable sum and I had them returned within a fortnight. I could not be happier. Exceptional service. I’ll be going back. Thank you 😊

Great experience at boutique optical. Christine- very professional sales person who served me. She listened to my request and found the perfect glasses for me. All my friends were complimented on my new glasses. A big thanks to Christine!

Excellent service. I can not fault any of the service. From start to end it’s been so smooth. I need direction with the glasses side and Christine was fab in helping me, she measured frames up for me and compared them to the last pair I brought with them. Had them delivered today and they are perfect! Truly have gained a customer for the long haul. Thank you:-)

Had a really good shopping experience in Boutique Optical Westfield store. The staff Christine is a very lovely girl and she has been really helpful. I love her professional suggestions on choosing sunglasses. Also her customer service is brilliant.
