I would like to express my concern regarding the service I received. The staff member appeared impatient and did not give me enough time to find my money before completing the transaction. I felt pressured and believe a little more patience and courtesy would have improved the customer experience.

The girl in the morning at the counter has 0 customer service skills. Have been seeing her for some time now. She would signal you with hands to come and go and will show with finger to pay, no smile or good morning or thank you or bye. The moment she pack ur things she will pull up the next customer items, doesn’t care if you are still standing there paying. The afternoon team is relatively better. I stopped going there for this behaviour.

The lady who was serving me was very rude, didn’t even look up and just tapped the screen to indicate that was where I should tap my loyalty card. I tried multiple times in the screen, around the screen, everywhere and the card didn’t work. The lady just rolled her eyes and said, “just pay don’t worry about the loyalty card, there’s a line behind you.” I felt very unwelcome :(

Very disappointing service at Breadtop Chatswood Interchange. My wife went into the store to order a birthday cake, but instead of helping her, the staff just told her to order online. If a customer is already standing in the shop, the least they can do is provide some assistance. When asked about cake sizes, the staff simply asked how many inches she wanted. Many customers do not know the size differences clearly, but instead of explaining, they just told her to look for herself. What was even more frustrating was their attitude about the cake writing. When my wife said the name must not be spelled incorrectly, the staff replied that if the name was wrong, it would be the factory’s problem and had nothing to do with them. Poor service, no basic customer care, and no sense of responsibility. Very disappointing experience.

I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent experience at your store. I ordered some buns and while I was about to pay, I decided to add a few more items. The staff member (female) asked if I wanted a bag, and I said no. After that, she started speaking in another language (I believe Chinese or Vietnamese). I do not understand the language, but it felt like she was complaining about me. The tone and body language made me very uncomfortable. During payment, she simply said “12, tap here” without saying please or making eye contact. There was no smile or basic courtesy. I understand that staff can be busy or tired, but working in hospitality requires professionalism and respectful customer service. I felt unwelcome and disappointed by the experience. I hope you can address this matter to ensure better service for future customers.
