I have been a customer of the parking and Hotel since July 2024. For the past two months, there is a strong odor of sewage and human waste coming from a pretty visible leakage right at the boom gate. The dirty water spreads inside the parking in a terrible view. The drivers can’t avoid the odor as it’s necessary to tap the boom gate control to open it.

Terrible Car Park – Avoid if You Value Your Vehicle One of the worst parking experiences I’ve ever had. Visibility is awful, especially around the extremely tight corners — you can’t see a thing until it’s too late. The layout makes absolutely no sense, with cars parked haphazardly and no clear guidance. Expect your car to get blocked in by others because the spaces are so poorly planned. To make matters worse, there are random concrete pillars scattered all over the place, making navigation even more stressful. I ended up with damage to my car trying to maneuver around this mess. If you care about your vehicle or your sanity, find somewhere else to park.

Booked online, was a little worried because of the other reviews but it was a great experience. Only paid the evening flat rate online. Just entered the pin on entry and exit. The only thing I will mention is navigating the actual carpark itself. It is very tight, I have a small SUV, the turns are a tight squeeze in some spots and finding parking is an interesting task BUT this is an underground city parking facility so it is expected.

I park here almost weekly as a good location and EV charging. There are times it struggles to let you into the carpark using the same credit card and sometimes issues and delays getting out. Of late half the EV chargers (2 of 4) are not working for several weeks, which is a major inconvenience when expecting to charge and get on your way. Please fix the chargers. Thank you.

Rates are pretty expensive but it’s right in the centre of the city, so very convenient. The turns are super tight for larger vehicles and some spaces are quite awkward to get into. The exit is quite steep and tricky for larger manual vehicles. Lift access directly into foyer of Hilton Hotel. Evening flat rate if $25 for weekends which is great if seeing a show at the State Theatre
