Thank you Luke and Castle Funerals Team for making mum’s final send off beautiful and memorable. It was a really stressful time as it was just before Christmas, but Luke was on top of everything from the first phone call. At every step he would keep in touch and ask us if there was anything else we needed. Can’t recommend Castle Funerals enough 👍🏽 Thank you once again Luke. Service, empathy and sincerity 100%🤙🏽 A+++++++++

I cannot recommend castle funerals enough. Luke went above and beyond to help my family though this difficult time not only did he organise everything for my family but he also offered to listen if we needed someone to talk to at any time of day. He is very compassionate and professional about helping people through there time of grief. Thank you Luke!

Castle Funerals are the most caring compassionate and friendly company I know. Luke and his beautiful wife went above and beyond for My Precious Daughter inlaw who passed away suddenly 😥 Everything that I asked of them was done so perfectly without a hesitation!! Which meant the world to our family 😍❤

I just want to thank Luke and his team on the 10/10 exceptional service they provided us during our difficult time and loss of a family member. Luke was there every step of the way and supported us throughout the process. We felt a personal care factor and it was very reasonably priced. I would definitely use again and recommend Castle Funerals.

My Dad had a heart attack and unfortunately died that day. He lived in NSW and I lived in Queensland. Apart from not making it in time to see him before they switched off the life support machine it was also left to me to arrange things. Dealing with the trauma of losing my Dad and faced with organising a funeral from interstate was a logistical nightmare and very traumatizing. In stepped Luke from Castle Funerals. From the first contact where I was almost heartbroken that not only had Dad died but also that he was alone, to the actual day of the service, his demeanour, service and compassion where outstanding. Nothing was too small for him to handle for you. Dad dying still hurts but at least I know I did the right thing by him. Thanks Luke, you were amazing. I really don't think I'd have been able to do the right thing by my Dad if it wasn't for you and your team. Thank you so much. Steve Anderson

Im giving this 5 star rating to Castle Funerals. At a time of complete saddness, Luke was so patient and compassionate. He did an amazing job helping put together the funeral service of my parents and my dear brother. I will always be grateful for his assistance.

A massive thank you to Luke at Castle Funerals. During such a sad time he was empathetic and professional when helping to organise my Grandma's funeral. It was comforting to know that my Grandma was in his care. Thankyou from the bottom of my family's heart. If you would like complete ease and faith in a family business I would strongly recommend them to your family. From start to finish, we couldn't have been happier with the care and service provided.
