From the very first moment we met Robyn at Guardian Bankstown Funeral Home, she treated our family with such genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, she guided us through every step with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Robyn went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making a stressful and emotional process feel so much easier. Her warmth, understanding, and sincere care made us feel supported, listened to, and never rushed. It was clear that she truly cared about honoring our loved one and helping our family create a beautiful and meaningful farewell. We are deeply grateful for everything Robyn did for us. The most uncaring individual she was cold . Still upset nearly 12 months since my son passed but will never forget her . The other members of the team were outstanding especially at the funeral but she never explained anything . Having mother to do with a funeral this was the worst experience . I will never recommend them as it starts at the front and she was a bad start for us

Sarah was wonderful in managing the funeral for my late uncle. The care, respect and communication from the whole team and especially on the day was outstanding. Highly recommend Guardian Funerals for their process and making everything run silky smooth during a difficult time.

I would like to thank on behalf of myself and my family for the wonderful service and professionalism of the staff at Guardian Funerals in Bankstown. Today we laid to rest my Grandfather and the staff at GF's made everything so calm and effortless. A special thank you goes to Hilda who prepared the paperwork for the funeral and viewing. She was an absolute delight to deal with. She never hesitated to answer any queries or questions leading closer to the funeral date. Furthermore, she was also supportive and provided to our grieving family members. Another special mention goes to Rosemary and her wonderful team on the day of his burial. She was so pleasant, calm and made the formalities run smoothly. Thank you again for your support and care for our family during this difficult. God bless you all.

My mothers funeral was held yesterday at Guardian Funerals Bankstown and whilst the service we received from the individuals conducting the funeral was excellent the premises leave a lot to be desired. Everything is dark and dingy and in need of maintenance. The curtain behind the coffin did not meet and so was clumsily pinned together and everything in the chapel is old and needs a face lift. The room where refreshments were served was nothing short of horrible. There are many obvious stains on the carpet. The cloth provided to cover the food table was freshly washed but held multiple stains. Tea, coffee and sugar containers were almost empty and the toilet paper in the ladies toilet had run out. I did eventually find a spare roll in a container but that should have been checked. The whole building is shabby and in need of a make over. Not a very nice place to say goodbye to a loved one.
