A big thank you to Simplicity Funerals at Bankstown. My family was very blessed to have come across Melissa. What a gem of a human Melissa is. Melissa organised our much loved father's funeral with such care, compassion and professionalism. But we also felt like we were talking to a friend. Melissa made such a stressful and sad time easier, as we could put our trust in her. Also, special thank you to the team/drivers on the day, who all did a beautiful job. We loved the hat tilt and bow at the end. A lovely send off for our dad. Thank you to all!

From the very first meeting, Melissa showed genuine care, compassion, and professionalism. Melissa paid attention to every detail and made what was a very difficult time for our family so much easier to navigate. Nothing was too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with dignity, respect, and kindness. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they took the time to make the service feel truly personal and meaningful. We felt supported every step of the way, and many of our family and friends commented on how beautiful and thoughtful everything was. We are deeply grateful for the care, warmth, and dedication shown to our family. Thank you Melissa and the team for helping us give our loved one such a special farewell. We will never forget your kindness.

My dad & I are so grateful to Melissa from Simplicity at Bankstown. I normally don’t write reviews but wanted to express my gratitude to Melissa and Simplicity. Melissa was calm, empathetic, and understanding in how she dealt with my mum’s death. Nothing was an issue from start to finish , the funeral planning/arrangements, and post funeral (picking up ashes/death certificates etc ) was flawless. Melissa is an asset to Simplicity, & although it’s not pleasant (dealing with death) - our family will use Simplicity at Bankstown again because of Melissa’s professionalism and caring approach. I highly recommend Melissa at Simplicity Funerals Bankstown. Arranging a funeral is never easy, but Melissa’s professionalism, genuine compassion, and efficiency truly went above and beyond. Although we are based outside the area, we were extremely impressed with how accommodating she was in meeting all of our needs. Initially, I was a little hesitant when calling Simplicity Funerals and being directed through a generic call centre. If you can look past that, any concerns quickly disappeared once we were connected with Melissa. She was everything we could have hoped for and more, always getting back to us promptly and making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her attention to detail is exemplary. Melissa is incredibly efficient and handled everything with care and respect. I cannot recommend her highly enough and am truly grateful for all her support, guidance and expertise.

No word can describe how deeply we appreciated Simplicity Funerals . We'd like to thank to Melissa, Arpy, Andrew and the team. Their warm, kindness, professionalism, compassion , dedication ...that ease burden from our family, guide us through every step of process and give us a peace of mind in very difficult time. They assisted us to say farewell to our dear Mum in respectful, honour , dignity and memorial way. Thanks very much to Andrew and the Team for their care, support and professionalism.
