Dear Robyn and the White Lady team at Bankstown, I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for everything you did in helping me organise my father’s funeral. Your care, compassion, and attention to detail made an incredibly difficult time so much more manageable. The send-off you helped create was truly, unspeakably beautiful. It was elegant, thoughtful, and so perfectly reflective of the man my father was. You helped me capture his spirit in a way that meant so much to me, and it’s something I will always be grateful for. Nothing was ever too much trouble. From organising Father for the Mass, to arranging the photos displayed on the screens. You ensured I was happy with colour palette and carried the theme of white roses through so seamlessly showing a true gift for noticing the finer details. I was especially touched that you took time to touch up the photo of my parents as their younger selves—it reflected just how much you care. Every request I made was thoughtfully catered and even including last-minute additions were no problem. Having that same photo displayed in the chapel for his exit, accompanied by my musical request and how I wanted his last moments to be,

Jenny was wonderful to deal with, kind, patient and always accessible, even during the busy Christmas and New Year period. I met Nicole from white lady funerals Bankstown and from the moment I walked through the doors she was absolutely beautiful in helping me with my dads funeral arrangements. Nicole was very kind and compassionate. In conjunction with White Lady Clayfield our Mum's funeral went so beautifully and perfect. Nicole kept me informed with every step. Mum would have been proud how her day went. Thank you also to Angela and her colleagues on their professionalism. White Lady Bankstown and Clayfield are all class.

On behalf of Marea Farah In September my mother passed away. It was my mother’s wish to have White Ladies conduct her funeral service. This was because they looked so elegant with their white pearls. My mother's funeral was a very elegant affair. White Ladies were accommodating of all our family's Greek traditions. Our requests for our mother's final farewell were easily facilitated by the White Ladies with no objections or drama. Considering how beautiful and professional my mother's funeral was conducted, when my sister suddenly passed away in February this year. There was no question that if we wanted the same elegance and professionalism that we would need to go to White Ladies again. Considering our Greek heritage, we have a lot of traditions and requirement's when a loved one passes. The White Ladies were more than happy to meet all our needs. For example, they happily made sure that both my mother and sister’s funeral cars drove past the family's home for the traditional Greek Blessings. They even allowed our family dog to lead the funeral car procession to the church. Considering that many of the family at both times were either overseas or interstate. The white ladies g

From the time i called to meet with the White Ladies in Bankstown. My sister and i were made to feel reassured and comforted. All was explained clearly and always made us to feel we could call and discuss any concerns with arrangements. The day of the funeral, the White Ladies made sure all went smoothly from the church service to the cemetery.

Nicole was very kind and compassionate. Her guidance throughout arranging our mothers funeral was done in a professional, gentle manner. Nicole kept us informed every step of the way. I used White Lady Funerals Bankstown to farewell my beautiful mumma. My funeral director Christine Wark was professional and showed my family and I support, respect and understanding. The team on the day of the service did exactly what was needed and what I wanted, which was an elegant send off for my mumma and I could not recommend them more. Beautiful ladies, showed care and love at a time it was needed. You could tell it was more than just a job, it was a way to help the family heal and I could not be more grateful.
